Manufacturing process

  • Preparation of S-10 (Saccharomyces cerevisiae)
  • Activation and rejuvenation of strain: shake flask 36 hours
  • Strain were transferred to the liquid fermentation tank submerged fermentation 36 hours: Adding molasses in it
  • Mixing carrier and broth in mixer
  • Broth mixed with solid medium for 48 hours solid fermentation: 30T fermentation tank, about 30 ℃,using fermentation in the form of isolated air.
  • Opening spray drying device (Temperature of air intake is 162℃,
  • Temperature of air-out is 130℃).
